At MCX, we want you to love every purchase.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following guidelines.

• Refunds are not provided

• Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS•
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase at no charge• After 1 hour, cancellation requests may be subject to a fee
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Hair accessories
- Underwear
- Tights
- Pajamas
All other eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please use our return portal.
- Log In: Access your MCX customer account on our website.
- Request Return: Navigate to your Order History and select the items you wish to return to submit a return request.
- Approval & Shipping Label: If your return request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and a shipping label.Return Shipping Fee
- A flat rate $8.90 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the return label provided.
- If you selected MCX Checkout Plus during your original purchase, this return shipping fee will be waived.Important Return Conditions
- Original Shipping Fee: If the remaining merchandise you keep falls below the free shipping threshold of $125.00, the original $8.90 shipping fee applied to your order will also be deducted from your refund.
- International Returns: Customers with international orders are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping with their carrier of choice.
- If a non-returnable item is sent back, the $8.90 fee will still be deducted, and you will be responsible for the cost of having the item returned to you.

Exchange Information
We does not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, color, or item, please follow this two-step process:
- Please place a new order for the desired item immediately.
- Ship the unwanted item back to us following the return process above.
Once your original item is returned and processed, you will receive a store credit.
