If you selected in-store pickup at checkout, your order is typically prepared within 24 hours. You will receive a pickup notification once your items are ready for collection.

Orders may be canceled within the first hour of purchase at no charge. After the first hour, cancellations may no longer be possible.

From the time you receive your pickup notification, you have 7 days to return eligible items for store credit only.After 7 days, the order will be considered Final Sale and will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for pickup orders that remain unclaimed. Any items left in the store for 30 days will be donated.
