If you selected in-store pickup at checkout, your order is usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive a pickup notification when your items are ready to collect.

You have 2 days from the time you receive the pickup notification to return your items for a full refund.

Starting on the 3rd day, you may still return your items, but you will receive store credit only.

Starting on the 4th day, the order becomes Final Sale and is no longer returnable.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for pickup orders that remain unclaimed. Any items left in the store for 60 days will be donated.
