Return information
At MCX, we want every customer to love their order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return within our policy guidelines.
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered, based on tracking information, to return eligible items for store credit only. Refunds are not offered on any orders.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.
Non-returnable / final sale items
Sale items, discounted items, and items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return
How to start a return
To begin a return, please use our return portal.
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. If your kept items fall below the free-shipping minimum of $125, the original $10 shipping charge will also be deducted.
International customers are responsible for shipping their returns back with their own carrier.
If a non-returnable item is sent back, the $10 fee will still be deducted, and you will be responsible for the cost of having the item returned to you.

Exchange information
MCX does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order. Once your original item is returned and processed, you will receive a store credit.
